Average officer. Began her career in the science department and was already Executive Officer on the <I>U.S.S. Victory</I> and the <I>U.S.S. Saratoga</I>. No special awards. </P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="conn1"> <H4><U>Second Officer/Conn Control:</U> Lieutenant Kim Hwang</H4></A><P> 27 years old. Posesses above-average time of reaction. Awards: Starfleet Medal of Valor for good performance in a battle with the Cardassians. </P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="conn2"> <H4><U>2nd Conn Control Officer:</U> Ensign Thalvan</H4></A><P> 36 years old. Served on the <I>U.S.S. Constantinople</I> previously. Andorian with a few problems adjusting to discipline on Federation starships. Hold previously rank of Lieutenant jg. but was downgraded to Ensign again because of recurring insubordination. Changed department from Security to CONN after that incident. He has been recently downgraded from Lieutenant Commander to Lieutenant because of poor performances and insubordination and being transferred from the <I>U.S.S. Berlin</I> onto the <I>Kennedy</I>. </P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="science1"> <H4><U>Science Officer:</U> Lieutenant junior grade Christoph Hellmann</H4></A><P> 29 years old. Has got knowledge about every important science without specializing himself too much and is capable of presenting difficult matters in an understandable way. </P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="chiefeng"> <H4><U>Chief Engineer:</U> Lieutenant Gerald Elvis "Gerry" DeFalco</H4></A><P> 36 years old. A friend of Captain Spencer who was his roommate on Starfleet Academy for two years. Incomparable joker and heartbreaker but despite a capable engineer having got a solution nearly all the time. One note because of repeated lack of discipline. </P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="eng2"> <H4><U>2nd Engineer:</U> Lieutenant junior grade Lori MacDonnell</H4></A><P> 25 years old. Involved engineer who has come pretty far in a rather short time. Knows much about nearly all fields. </P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="doctor"> <H4><U>Ship's Doctor:</U> Doctor Jame M'Boya</H4></A><P> 28 years old. Her second assignment on a starship. Survived the attack on Spencer's first ship, the <I>Cousteau</I>. Graduated from the medical academy with good performances. Brevet rank: Lieutenant junior grade. </P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="secur"> <H4><U>Security Officer:</U> Lieutenant junior grade Natalija Karov</H4></A><P> 26 years old. Spencer ordered her to be transferred from the <I>U.S.S. Magellan</I>, after having to command that ship for one mission because he regards her as an officer with considerable potential. Could handle dangerous situations cooler. </P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="secur2"> <H4><U>2nd Security Officer:</U> Lieutenant junior grade Ramon Rodriguez</H4></A><P> 26 years old. Average officer who has been previously assigned to Starbase 38 and Starbase 53.</P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="transp"> <H4><U>Transporter Chief:</U> Chief Steve Sisota</H4></A><P> 35 years old. Calm and quiet transporter chief who keeps cool even in case of emergencies or system failures. </P> <HR SIZE=2 WIDTH="40%"> <A NAME="shuttle"> <H4><U>Chief of Shuttlebay:</U> Chief Gerd Müller</H4></A><P> 38 years old. Pilots shuttle since he was sixteen years old. He was shuttle pilot for ten years in the Alpha Centauri system before he entered Starfleet with recommendation by a Starfleet captain he transported.
